This site is operated by Airtrust Global Logistics, a logistics business based in Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at criticalops@airtrustgl.com or on our operations line, published on the site.

Using this site

You may view the site and submit genuine enquiries. You may not misuse it — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, submitting automated or fraudulent enquiries, interfering with its operation, or scraping it at a scale that affects other users.

Enquiries and quotations

Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract and does not by itself book a shipment. It is a request for us to come back to you. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and any indication of routing, timing or price given here or in response to an enquiry is an estimate until confirmed by us in writing.

Where we agree to carry, arrange or handle a shipment, that work is governed by the separate trading terms and conditions of carriage we agree with you at the time, and by any mandatory international conventions that apply to the movement. Those terms — not this page — set out liability, insurance and claims. Where they conflict with this page in relation to a shipment, they take precedence.

Service descriptions

The service descriptions, transit indications and coverage shown on this site are for general information. Availability depends on the route, the cargo, customs and regulatory requirements, and carrier capacity at the time. The routes shown on the network map are illustrative of where we operate, not a schedule or a guarantee of service on a given lane.

Intellectual property

The Airtrust name, logo, site design, text and graphics are owned by us or licensed to us, and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as the law allows.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. The site is provided “as is” for information; we exclude warranties about it to the extent the law permits.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website — for example loss of profit, business or data. Liability for shipments is dealt with in our conditions of carriage, not here.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
