Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Airtrust Global Logistics collects through airtrustgl.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It covers this website only.
Who we are
Airtrust Global Logistics is a logistics business based in Maharashtra, India, and is the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question or request — including to exercise the rights set out below — contact criticalops@airtrustgl.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your name, company, work email address, telephone number, the service you are interested in, the collection and delivery points, your deadline, and your description of what is moving. Please do not include sensitive personal data in the free-text fields.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form we process your IP address to apply a rate limit (five submissions per ten minutes) that protects the form from automated abuse. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs.
What we do not collect
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. We do not profile you, we do not advertise to you, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone for marketing.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To answer your enquiry and quote for your shipment. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
- To keep the form secure. Processing your IP address for rate limiting and spam prevention. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. That will not affect processing already carried out.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of providers, each acting on our instructions:
- Resend — delivers the enquiry to our operations inbox as an email.
- Upstash — stores a short-lived counter against your IP address so the rate limit can be applied. Entries expire automatically after ten minutes.
- Vercel — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
- Google reCAPTCHA — where enabled, checks that submissions are human. Google processes this under its own privacy policy.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on the transfer safeguards offered in their terms, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are retained for 12 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted, unless we need them for longer to perform a contract or to meet a legal obligation. Rate-limit records expire automatically within ten minutes.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or provide it in a portable form. Write to criticalops@airtrustgl.com and we will respond within the period the law allows. If you are not satisfied you may complain to your data protection authority — in India, the Data Protection Board of India; in the EU or UK, your national supervisory authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Enquiries are validated on our server and delivered directly to our operations inbox; we do not keep a database of website enquiries. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. Any change takes effect when published here, and the date at the top of the page will change.
