Waiting is the expensive part.
Everyone knows the feeling of waiting on a delivery. Order something online and a delay is an irritation. Wait on a part for a production line, an aircraft on stand, or a sample with an expiry clock, and it stops being a feeling — it becomes a number, counted by the minute.
Closing the gap.
There is a gap between the moment something is needed and the moment it lands. Making that gap as small as it can physically be is the whole of our business — not fast by the standards of freight, but as fast as the routing, the paperwork and the next departure will actually allow.
Two things decide it
How fast someone answers
A time-critical shipment is lost or won in the first hour. Our operations desk is staffed around the clock, and the person who picks up can act — not log a ticket for someone else to read in the morning.
Whether the plan holds
A quick answer is worthless if the routing falls over at the first customs desk. One named coordinator owns the shipment end to end, and it is signed for at every handover.
Where we are
Airtrust Global Logistics is based in India and works worldwide — hand-carrying on scheduled flights through the major air hubs, and chartering where there is no flight to take. The sectors we are built around, and what is usually at stake in each, are set out on the home page.
We would rather be judged on the next shipment than on a list of logos.
